'Imagination will take you everywhere'
At this time of year the outside world seems to be bursting with beauty; the senses uplifted by the buzzing atmosphere of nature. Summer is like a much-anticipated performance in the west end, when all the outside elements come together and present a spectacle that both shocks and astonishes the awaiting eyes. The felt-tip-blue sky acts as a backdrop to the artistic splendour of Mother Nature, while the birds and bees are the orchestra accompanying the show. Listen to the music, soak up the atmosphere and breath in the fresh air… who needs a foreign holiday when you’ve got the Great British countryside?
Iceland is for me the best place on earth, a country of extreme contrasts, a land of fire and ice, a place where dark winters are offset by the summer’s midnight sun…. but I like to explore other places as well :-)
Having a bad day? Me too.
